Our experience at the SIL Barcelona 2026 Job Marketplace

On June 5th, we had the pleasure of participating in the SIL Barcelona 2026 Job Marketplace, a space designed to bring companies and professionals together at one of the world’s leading events for logistics, transport, intralogistics, and the supply chain. Our presence at this initiative had a clear objective: to connect with talent, share who we are, showcase our corporate culture, and present the professional opportunities we offer to those looking to develop their careers in a constantly evolving sector.

A meeting point for talent and innovation

SIL Barcelona has established itself as one of the main international gatherings for the logistics industry. In its 2026 edition, held under the slogan “Smart solutions that move the world,” the event brought together more than 600 companies, around 250 experts and speakers, over 150 activities, and more than 160 technological innovations, becoming a benchmark for discovering the trends that will shape the future of the sector. Artificial intelligence, automation, sustainability, and digitalization were some of the main highlights of this edition. Within this innovation ecosystem, the Job Marketplace once again became a strategic hub for connecting companies with professionals seeking new career challenges, fostering direct, personal, and enriching contact between both parties.

Throughout the day, we welcomed numerous candidates interested in learning about our operations, our projects, and the opportunities for professional growth within our organization. Beyond presenting job vacancies, we were able to discuss current sector challenges, the importance of teamwork, and the skills demanded by an industry that is increasingly technological, sustainable, and focused on continuous improvement.
